On this coming Saturday, March 9th, 2013 at 5pm, there will be a memorial service in Jon Cook’s memory. True to Jon’s life, it will be as much of a musical event as a memorial service with a pot luck and raffle as well. Full Details available on the Facebook Event Page or below.

Doors open at 5PM. Everyone who arrives before 8PM receives two raffle tickets upon entry. Many of Jon’s personal belongings will be up for raffle including records, and knick-knacks.
A gathering and potluck will precede the memorial service. Please bring dessert if you would like to contribute.
The memorial begins at 6:00 sharp. If you plan to attend this portion of the evening, please respect those family members who will be in attendance and arrive on time or enter very quietly.
The memorial will consist of a traditional eulogy and readings of eulogies from Jon’s family and friends.
Throughout the event, there will be a silent auction taking place on the second floor above the music event space. Some of Jon’s instruments and art supplies will be among the items up for auction.
